Position description:

A day in the life
As the Customer Satisfaction Interviewer Intern, you will use professional communication and interviewing skills to evaluate customer satisfaction with our products, consulting services, sales, as well as overall satisfaction of Reynolds and Reynolds. Other responsibilities may include assisting with testing new customer surveys, and other project-based work. If you enjoy communicating with others, and utilizing analytical skills, this is the job for you!

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to be on the phone 4-6 hours a day
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to type 40 WPM
