Position description:
- Cross-sell AGWS products that the dealer may not currently be selling
- Train dealership finance teams in order to maximize both front and back gross opportunities
- Monitor and train dealership personnel on the nuisances and importance of the sales deal structure
- Ensure that every sales deal is worked in a timely fashion and to its total capacity
Training:
On the job training.
Your compensation will be a base pay of $75,000. Total targeted income with commission is expected to be $90,000-100,000
Requirements:
- 2+ years automotive experience (required)
- Previous experience with warranty administration preferred
- CDK, Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Autosoft experience is a plus
- Ability to travel, with hotel stays, up to 60-70%
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- College degree required
