Position description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately process receiving within 24 – 48 hours
- Contact DMV to get status updates either by Email, Phone, State Website or Buyer/DLR.
- Receive original paperwork for processing Title perfection, plates & registration for out of state deals.
- Review and process ticketing system requests.
- Receive completions from processed deals from the DMV.
- Contact the DMV or runner to get updates.
- Review internal and system notes on where or who to contact.
- Validate time frames from last contact.
- Update what is needed in notes and Ticketing system.
Training:
On-the-job training
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Adaptability and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Auto title processing experience preferred
