Position description:
- Review labor rate increase requests from repair facilities for approval or denial based on criteria requirements
- Review claim information and verify coverage per the terms and conditions of the contract along with internal procedures
- Generate and analyze departmental reports to determine cause(s) for losses
- Present recommendations of loss correction to internal department management and affiliated agency/dealership clients
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and analysis skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Excel
- Experienced with Power BI preferred
- Experience with mechanical service contracts or claims adjudication is a plus
