Position description:
- Interpret and work with data to produce meaningful reports which provide overall program performance, identify issues and provide corrective action recommendations
- Provide supporting analysis, including recommendations for improvement for identifying programs that generate problems
- Develop and evaluate program trends to identify programs where actions need to be triggered to mitigate loss
- Conduct research on competitive programs and various products
- Coordinate product implementation by acting as a liaison between various internal departments
- Coordinate materials between Insurance Carriers and the Underwriting Unit for the development of program rates and classifications
- Ensure that available information from internal and external resources is properly integrated into underwriting decision making

Requirements:
- College degree preferably in math, accounting, or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in service contract pricing and underwriting preferred
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel) & related software applications
- Ability to make recommendations and implement process improvements
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills/knowledge with the ability to interpret data and trends to use
Salary:
$65,000 – $75,000 / year
