Position description:
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proofreading and editing expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multi-task and perform in a high volume and fast paced environment with competing urgent assignments.
- Must maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion and good judgment.
- Intermediate MS Office Products skills, including Excel, and related software.
- Read and comprehend regulatory directives and bulletins.
- Commitment to excellence in work, results oriented, job satisfaction derived from ability to make department process efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years work experience in a regulated environment preferred.
- Experience using SERFF preferred.
- Familiar with insurance and legal terminology preferred.
