Position description:
-Monitor completion of tickets and ticket resolution within appropriate time frames and deadlines
-Process and complete reported administration system issues and projects
-Work and coordinate with internal teams regarding account status

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills required
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Salary:
$50,000 – $65,000 / year
