Position description:

Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle, vessel and driver license records, is currently searching for a Part-Time Courier to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Part-Time Courier, you will be responsible for transporting documents from Dealership and BMV locations. You will build your own customer base by creating work orders and customer invoices. This position consists of a flexible Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Review emails and phone messages each morning to determine the route for the day. Emails and phone calls should be responded
to within four hours.
- Complete daily courier route in a timely manner.
- Maintain company vehicle oil changes and regular maintenance.
- Make sure the vehicle exterior is washed bi-weekly (more often if needed) and the interior is kept clean and free of trash.

Requirements:

  • Must have valid Driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills both in person and over-the-phone
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be adaptable to software changes
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts day-to-day
  • Must be able to drive in inclement weather as needed

Salary:

$15 / hour
