Position description:

Proton Technologies, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our growing team. As a Client Relations Specialist, you are responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients in your assigned territory and being an advocate for the client. You must liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. You are essential to resolving conflicts with the client and winning new business by upselling to meet client needs. You will connect with various stakeholders and business executives to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Training:

Paid training that will consist of online supplemental training and field based training with your Director where you can apply your training in a real-world setting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in customer relations or client services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary
  • Strong organizational, time management and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to travel 6-8 nights/month
