Reynolds and Reynolds was established in 1866 as a forms printing company.

Since its humble beginnings, it has grown into an international business. Our 731,000 square foot headquarters is located in Dayton, Ohio and employs over 1,500 associates.

Dayton is home to ERA dealership management system development, corporate accounting, marketing, our Technical Assistance Center, and many other departments.

Every line of code in our software is written by our programmers, who enjoy private working areas to create the best problem-solving atmosphere available.

Our Technical Assistance Center delivers technical support for a wide variety of our hardware and software solutions we offer. The associates behind the Technical Assistance Center are critical to our success. Many of them started their journey in our recruiting center where they underwent pre-employment screenings and interviews with managers.

When it comes to internal training and professional development, associates take courses in Reynolds University, our classroom-style learning environment.

Customers often visit our Dayton headquarters to see the Innovation Center, where they meet with key executives and experience our solutions in person. They also have the chance to see our world-class data center, where we remotely and securely maintain dealership data.

Associates enjoy on-site dining facilities and a convenience center to encourage a close-knit culture among associates.

Those looking to exercise during lunch or before or after work can do so in our workout facility. And the on-site health center is available when associates need medical assistance.

A credit union and ATMs are also available on-site to make life outside of work a little easier.

The Reynolds and Reynolds Associate Foundation has been around for over 60 years, allowing members to give back to the community through grants, donation drives, and volunteer events.

Numerous company-sponsored events and sports leagues are also available throughout the year and include softball, volleyball, and various games.
