An F&I Manager is sitting at his desk, preparing a deal.
F&I Manager: "Alright, 48 month term, down payment looks good, got their credit info. Okay, let’s get this rolling."
He taps his docuPAD workstation, and a video conference call begins between him and two customers, John and Lisa.
F&I Manager: Hey, John and Lisa, how are you guys doing?
Lisa: We’re good, just hanging at home, how are you?
F&I Manager: I’m doing great. So, you guys ready to get started?
John: Sure, how’s this going to work exactly?
F&I Manager: That’s a great question. It’s really not that different than the process you did the last time you bought a car. We will go through some product menus and sign paperwork the same way you’re used to, except through a computer screen. When we’re finished, I will send you an email with your paperwork, and you’ll be good to go.
Lisa: Well that sounds easy!
F&I Manager: Yep. And you’ll be able to interact with the screen and sign just like if you were sitting here. Feel free to ask any questions along the way. Sound good?
John: Yeah, sounds good to us.
F&I Manager: Alright. John, Lisa, let’s get started.
